Mine is a “Badger’s Hexastitch” which makes me think of a very smart badger writing poems and crocheting. It does not rhyme, and the syllables are 2-4-6-6-4-2.

You are so right in your observation, Mark! Sometimes, I hear my son yelling at the computer when he’s gaming, and I have to remind me that he’s supposed to be having fun. Lol! Great poem!

I went through a phase in sports where I lost sight of the fun amidst the competitive fire. Thankfully I grew out of it!

Nice work and very relatable! Like Yvette, I also have a son who is a “serious gamer” and loves to express his frustrations at the screen. I think he’s still having fun, but I wonder sometimes lol.

I had a friend who used to complain as much when he was doing something fun as when he worked. Maybe because he had so much fun working.
