Persistence of Kisses

March 20, 2023 / boz bozeman / Leave a comment
How is a kiss so fleeting
Yet so persistent?
Long after lips have parted,
and dried.
The feeling lasts
as an echo,
bouncing back from
a distant canyon wall,
returning not to the face
but to the mind.
